This weekend was Balloon Stampede Weekend in Walla Walla. Typically we get 30 or more balloon pilots in who fly Thur-Sunday. The weather crapped out this weekend with wind, and then yesterday heavy rain and wind yesterday. No rain today but no flying as the grass is wet and the pilots don't like to risk having to put the balloon envelopes away wet. I'm sure the weekend was a real bust for the vendors as well.
