Bilberry, That certainly could account for some of the recent decline. I know I'm not pleased with what JMAR is getting for those units - $ 3.40/common share. We'd be better off if we got JMAR high enough so that the warrants would be exercised. But I guess it's needed, I just hope they spend the proceeds wisely if they go ahead with it. One thing that does worry me is that JMAR has been primarily an R&D company, and now they're getting to the point where they're introducing a lot of new products and getting more into manufacturing. I hope they have enough expertise in this area so they can make the transition smoothly. - Dave
