The reform law extended Medicare's solvency in large part by targeting a program called Medicare Advantage, which allowed private insurers to provide Medicare-funded policies that ended up costing significantly more than the government insurance program itself. The cuts to Medicare Advantage were used during the 2010 election to hammer Democrats for taking money from Medicare to pay for other elements of health care reform.

But despite the boost from the health care law, the trust fund's overall stability has suffered since last year. As USA Today and other news outlets noted, the 2010 report projected the surplus would last until 2029, five years later than Friday's forecast.

I'm not sure who wrote this glowing report. But they missed a few key issues. Most notably:

In the short term, the projections assume physician payment rates will be slashed 29% on Jan. 1 — "implausible," Foster says.

Long term, Foster expects payment cuts in non-physician services "will not be viable."

THAT IS, the method of funding Obamacare that has been asserted will happen WILL NOT HAPPEN.

The facts about the funds were summarized by IBD:

Social Security's trust fund — which gives it carte blanche to spend beyond the government's means until its IOUs from the Treasury Department run out — is now seen running empty in 2036, a year earlier.

Medicare's Hospital Insurance trust fund reserves are projected to dry up in 2024, five years earlier than in the 2010 report.

So, frankly, the comments you posted were pure unadulterated bullshit.
