Hi Mel,

Here's a great post from MF RAIN that I think highlights the true strength of the Rainfroest Cafe:

We went to Rain last night. We got there at 5 pm and the wait was a hour and fourty five minutes. Retail was busy. Of course I had my line coupon. I took my parents it was their first time. They loved the restaurant. Kind of proved to me young and old can come together with this concept. My parents didn't like Hard Rock and only sightly liked Planet Hollywood. They loved the food. My mother
loves deserts. She ordered monkey business and loved it. My parents are in their 70's and can be quite negative at times. My Dad wants to buy stock now. When we left the wait was up to three hours. The waiter said he loved working there. But as our friend said the tips have been on the low side. They think it will even out in time. People get a larger than expected bill (drinks, appettizers, deserts) and they low ball the gratuity. I am heading to
Dolphin's land for Monday Night Football so we are going to Sawgrass Mills Rain Monday before the game.I kind of want to see the comparison of that mall and the one in Dallas. As Ididmrsa pointed out I can't see how this unit can take in anymore business unless they open 24 for hours. Not a bad thought for Vegas though. How about a Mushroom Disco Bar for Vegas ?

Raining very hard in Dallas

I had the same experience as Herb when I took my octagenerian mother and aunts to the Gurnee RFC last summer. They also have been known to verbally rake a place over the coals if they thought it wasn't up to snuff. But they completely adored the RFC. And analysts consistently overlook the fact that there are no fads that appeal to to an age span of one to ninety-four. I defy anyone to name one.

Glad to hear about the Iomega CLIK, sounds like it should be a real revenue maker for the company. Congrats! Unfortunately at the moment I only have room for a few more shorts on my dancecard. Hope all's well in PC land and congrats again on year brief TV stardom. Please let us know when the series is scheduled to air!

Hi to Cathy and the Spark!

Regards,
Dennis
