I strongly believe the bottom was seen on July 21 when it went down to 7 1/4 under very heavy volume. I don't think we ever see it under 8 again. It's bounced off that 3 times recently. I don't know when it will start back up, but it's safe to buy now. Best Regards to All, John Stewart
