Paul; I see there are missing parts somewhere. Beats me why they lie? Is Jerry trying to prop up share prices for his crony board to keep on top? Often when this gets out there are seas of lawyers at the ready, salivating at the prospect. So he must have some kind of defensible cover story for this or get an SH class action right up the ying yang. Bill
