Bruce. You can also try quote.yahoo.com You do have to register with this site AND allow cookies to be set to use it to its fullest potential. You can set Yahoo Finance to store a stock portfolio for you saving you from having to type all of the stocks you own/are considering every day. I'm not sure how many portfolios you can have but it is at least two. If you choose, you can enter how many shares you own and your purchase price. With this added option, you are shown exactly how much you gained or lost in dollars and percentage on a daily and cumulative basis. The main thing missing on this view is a date entry for when you entered the data. The disadvantage with this is you will not see the detailed trading, PE ratio, dividend rate, e.t.c. with this view. However, a quick click to detailed presentation and you will see everything with a small chart for each stock. For most stocks, the detailed view will also have links to Research showing Zack's Buy/Sell Recommendations, SEC filings and a company profile. If this wasn't enough, you also have an automatic news clipping service for all of the stocks displayed. I think you see why this is my favorite site for researching stocks. Now I just wish I knew more about picking the stocks. Hope this helps.

A long time lurker.
