Thx. All three have done well recently, DLR, COR and DFT. More importantly, they look reasonably priced and pretty safe bets. I own more of COR and DLR, with 1/2 the amt of DFT, plus a very very large amount of 8% DFT-A preferred.

I am slightly nervous about the medical / long term care reits like OHI, LTC, maybe MPW (due to medicare and medicaid risks). So data centers are a good diversification option -- lower yields but more growth.
