KZAP,

I bought into (actually was sold a bill of goods) by the underwriter that brought this company public a few years ago. They are a bunch of slimeballs, cold calling naive investors telling them they were getting in on a hot IPO. Anyway, investment banker Maidstone, went under itself this year and without any promoter, this this stock and all the others that maidstone brought out (SRGE, CCSE, UNVC) went into the tank. I actually think they got into some kind of war with other MM who drove their stock down by shorting it in order to put Maidstone out of business (all IMHO of course). Anyway, I have never called NHTC myself, but they have been forced to issue more shares for a bunch of reasons and thus the current selling driving the price down to 0.0625! Will they survive? I don't know but I understand from others on this thread who did call that their schools are overenrolled . My guess is that they will likely have to do a reverse split to get their price up over $1 or else they will be delisted from the OTC small cap exchange. I actually bought a bunch of shares at 1/16 last week so that I can sell my original shares (after 30 days) to offset my cap. gains this year. I'll hold the new shares til their either worthless or I recoup my original investment. I wish I had a crystal ball too but my only advice is never buy anything over the phone no matter how great it sounds. I learned an expensive lesson, hopefully someone else will learn from that experience.
