R.C., if the reverse stock split comes about as a result of NASDAQ's
policy change and not due to the company's financial problem, then
this becomes a mandatory exercise for the whole bunch <$3 stocks.

Those stocks which are in good standing i.e. profitable with sound
financials should not be negatively affected as compared to those
with falling revenues and bad financials.

In ISGI's case, I think the current quarter's turnaround together
with the excellent Revenue projections for 1996 and 1997 should see
it through unaffected. In fact I see it as a blessing in disguise
as this excercise will effectively reduce the float and reduce the
hold that the MM's have over this stock.
