This whole affair is very sad and proves once more that the US Justice is easily manipulated and a person can easily sentenced to jail time for no fault of his own, and on the other hand the well-connected serial offenders can commit crimes mostly white collar crimes and walk free in search of the next victim. US Commercial Banking and WS top brass is a perfect example. Not to mention that sexual engagement with the "boss" is a pre-requisite for career advancement (it works both ways). Know this first hand from my work.
