Lisa, I read about Osicom in an LA Times Business article. I then called IR for information about Osicom. They sent me a one pager on
the most recent earnings report, nothing more. I assumed they were
spending their monies elsewhere, not on IR. It certainly seems that
over the course of the last 8 months, since I began following the stock, they haven't done a really top notch job of communicating
with the press and shareholders. (PR is handled by an outside firm, perhaps because they are still too small to afford this)
When good news did come out, it was overshadowed by negative market
conditions,,,,and then the Barron's article,,, then more bad news.
Let's face it, internal and external circumstances have beaten down
this company.
Next time I am in Santa Monica I'll stop by to visit IR and whoever
else is willing to see me and take the temperature.
