Pickens was peddling CNG well throughout his presidency... what did busH do relative to CNG... The practicality of CNG as a long-term replacement for oil was not proven until near the end of the Bush Administration, and is far, far more compelling today than it was 3 years ago. YOU CANNOT BLAME THIS ON BUSH. You try to blame him for everything, but the current incompetent leadership on this issue is not on GWB. Grow the f*ck up. YOU PEOPLE are in charge. Why don't you do something?
