re TRH - well I think with respect to TRH, Einhorn is coat-tailing me :-). TRH seems on of the cheapest plays in terms of Tangible book in % of market cap. AWH is at about 90% and RE at about 80%, TRH stands at 66%. Maybe this is due to their tracdk record. I initially bought this one as a spinoff play too (majority of shares was owned by AIG). I think their books are conservative (it surely shines through their annual reports and many value investors seem to agree). I think it will do OK over time with occasional lumps along the way. Other plays may just be as good, as i said before the whole sector is cheap.
