LinkedIn, a Mountain View, Calif.-based social network for business professionals, raised around $352.8 million in its IPO. The company priced 7.84 million common shares at $45 per share, which was the top of an upwardly revised offering range. It will trade on the NYSE under ticker symbol LNKD, while Morgan Stanley, BoA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan served as co-lead underwriters.
