I expect a reverse split will be considered after NCTI has produced
some profitable Q's and not before that.

Paul, could you let me know the source for the 16 cents 1998 eps
projection?

Now that Q3 eps of -0.02 is out, I feel that this is now a good
opportunity to accumulate at the dip. I think the worse is over
and future Qs will not fall below 0.00 ever again, IMHO.
