Well Vladimir,
Right in the 10Q report filed on 11/14 it says:

"The company is presently seeking one or more potential
strategic partners who can complement the Company's
marketing and development efforts and increase
it's financial stability."

The report says much more and is well worth a trip into
EDGAR to grab a copy to study. You'll learn more about
what's up at LSI than from all the speculation we're forced
to indulge in here due to the lack of news releases from
the company.

The 10Q also says about the quarter ended Sept 30:

(sorry about the funky formatting..fixed font seems not working)
Q3 '97 Q3 '96

revenue........$1,042,114.........$1,005,860
net loss.........(830,181)..........(535,893)
eps...................(.11)...............(.07)

Much of the discussion centers on the $1 Million American
Skiing Co. contract. That has come in at about $2.4 Million
so far with about $900,000 to be delivered next quarter.
Though there have been other sales in the past 9 months
(the report mentions 7 others) clearly without ASC revenue
would have been dramatically less this quarter. Given all
that I read, my sheer wild ass guess at the answer to your
question would be. Yes...that management hopes to sell the
company since they are just able to keep its head above water
operating it themselves.

Given barely better revenue and worse earnings, I guess you'll
still be able to buy shares in this company at the rate of
several to many for a dollar and it will be the proverbial
cold day before current owners will be able to sell for
anything more than that.
