Ethanol is a part of it, but probably up only about 300-400 thousand barrel/day from 2007 levels (10 billion gallons of annual ethanol production is ~650k/day).

Increased domestic production is up almost 1 million barrels/day.

Consumption of petroleum products is down by 1-1.5 million barrels/day.
