'Please. Who died and made you moderator of this thread?' Joseffy. I hear he keeps it on topic and real even now...The past 2+ years has really gone downhill and the new board ain't better even with the current moderator around. This board was once a nice mix of real estate insiders and opportunists waiting for a post bust world, lots of macro economics, personal reflections of life experiences and travels along with some anti Bush/Greenspan sentiment on the wars and housing/credit bubbles. Very civil too..
