Ethanol is part of it. As Keith said, it's about 400K bpd more now than in 2007. I think there is room for more drop because of better car gas mileage in the short term, and possible use of compressed natural gas longer term. Plus there is always the possibility of discovering a few giant fields in the Atlantic, like Brazil, if we ever get to explore there :)
