'Please. Who died and made you moderator of this thread?' Joseffy. I hear he keeps it on topic and real even now...The past 2+ years has really gone downhill and the new board ain't better even with the current moderator around. This board was once a nice mix of real estate insiders and opportunists waiting for a post bust world, lots of macro economics, personal reflections of life experiences and travels along with some anti Bush/Greenspan sentiment on the wars and housing/credit bubbles. Very civil too. Its amazing to me how arrogant they are on the moderated board. Reading stuff by TH and some of the others.......not only are they negative but they think they are so much more clever than the rest of the world. They believe they see things to which the rest of the world is blind. Its rather amazing......you would think you're in the company of CEOs and presidents and royalty. Joseffy and BC are at least amusing in their apocalyptic bombasity.
