Just in case anyone is still wondering about the process for removing restriction on your PIPE shares. I sent my shares from the Dec. 09 PIPE in on May 4th, using the process JBI indicated using, and got my shares back by FedEx today, easy as pie.

PS. I have no intention of selling them, just wanted to get them out from in between my copies of "War and Peace" and "Crime and Punishment" and into a brokerage account.


He also participated in the Expedite2 placement. Maybe he can explain the share swap and how much he originally paid for these?
