George,
Osicom must read this thread because, some time ago, someone posted on this thread that, Osicom sent them a big investors package on overnite mail, and alot of shareholders on the thread got upset about it, this is a very big change, seems Osicom goes to the extreme one way or the other.

Alot of things talked about on this thread have materialized, like the stock buyback program, actively trying sell off unprofitable units.

I read somewhere 22% for 1995 and 10% for 1996 of Osicom sales were from 1 customer, this may be the customer that delayed shipments in q2 and q3, thats probably the reason for the punishment of the share price, looks like Wall Street is easing up a little now, if we can break the down trend and go up for a while, we will see momentum players come in, the only thing momentum players care about is momentum, price is not a factor, so hang in there, right when you think the stock can't go higher, it will double.

Alot of my dreams have become reality in the past, i read somewhere that Wall Street looks 6 months ahead for a stock price, now it looks like we can go up for a while, with the downtrend stopped the other day, with the share buy back program and the record revinue announcement for q4.

The down trend, the Barrons Article, earnings short for q3, for some reason did not shake me a bit.

Sankar shook us all up last weekend, but the big sell off is, what it took for Osicom to say "enough is enough". I deal alot with Arabic people, they are tight with their money, but on the other hand when the situation dictates at the drop of a hat, they will dig deep into their pockets, thats why, in my opinion, the details were a little laxed on the stock buyback program the other day, im sure we will hear alot more about it when Par gets his hooks into a bunch of shares, Par is carrying out my fantasys about running Osicom, he is starting to act alot like Al "The Chainsaw" Dunlap, and i am very very impressed.
