TO ALL STOCKHOLDERS: For all of you that use ETRADE or have used ETRADE to purchase your RMIL/OVIS shares and are curently having delays receiving your cert's please email me. Even if you've received your cert's but had problems getting them email me. The NASD has opened a file concerning our problem. They would like to hear from more of us stockholders. If you would like to speed up the process of getting your cert's you must take a proactive approach. If you email me I will give you the name, address and phone number of the person handling this case. Let's combine our efforts, there's strength in numbers!!! Mike
