He is not alone for thinking he is getting 100.0 Mbps. That is what my connected window says. My grandson is a gamer so I had the highest speed. It said Speed 100.0 Mpbs, when he moved I had it lowered and was cheaper. Great for me, still getting Speed of 100.0 Mpbs. Then I had problems with my phone line and guess what I had 100.0 Mpbs Speed when the DSL was disconnected. AT&T is so good to their customers.
