If those folks who sue Baidu are concern about human rights, then the right thing to do is to force Baidu to change its modus operandi and that the court should impose a fine. However, this is not the case. The 8 plaintiffs wants $ 16M from Baidu, so that each will get $ 2M. Baidu does not have to change its business method.

Does that not smell like frivolous suit?
