Gary,

Did you find that it was inconvenient to get level II data for a symbol? Someone told me that you have to add the symbol to a list before you can view the level II data.

Is the interface intuitive/usable overall? Is it a Java applet?

If you're also trading with them, how fast are the executions and
confirmations?
