Good news: I did not find any insider trading Form 4's filed this week for Osicom. insidertrader.com Which means that Par did not sell any shares in October as all insiders are to file the Form 4's by the 10th day of the month following the trade. There was 14,715 shares filed on a form 144 from an unknown person when the price was 3.25 for possible sale, but that is a very small number of shares. Relax it's Osicom. Brian
