I think Baidu is not a accessory to the suppression of human rights by the Chinese Govt. They are just customizing their product to meet the needs of their customer who in this case is the Chinese Govt.

Tomorrow is some other Govt. places of condition on Baidu where they have to filter out porn and they agree to do so so be it.

And yes it is a frivolous lawsuit. I doubt if this issue was not looked at by the Justice Deptt. before this lawsuit was was filed. This is another reason for me to believe that this is a frivolous lawsuit.
