Black Swan, I testified on behalf of the "FEDS" before a Grand Jury in Federal Court meet with US State or Fed. District Attorneys on many white collar crimes due to my work. In any case I was not paraded in front of the public for all to see on which side I am.

Further;

1. In more than one case commercial banks which I tried to assist in solving problem loans issues, tried to "frame" me with false statements and dump on me the blame(and yes more than once I was "seduced" by a pretty female and asked to join her for lunch or dinner). Luckily I was smarter and at least in some cases it ended up in civil court and the bank settled with payment of my deserved fee.

2. No matter how severe the crime is if financial or serious sexual harassment, the well-connected get out totally free. In many instance the witnesses are silenced or refuse to testify or to be deposed or crucial evidence/documents "are lost" or there is an obscure settlement out of court.

3. In summary it is not easy to financially survive when dealing with the WS or banking industry in the NYC area, by being straight forward and honest. More on this is omitted on purpose - it is a public board

4. In some instances, I needed 24 hour protection around my residence not to be harmed

5. From this experience I can attest that due to the usual composition of the Jury in NYC courts, DSK being a relative rich French man, a banker and accused of woman related crimes does has only a miniscule chance not to be find guilty. In New York the so called “woman rights movement” is very rabid and extremist.

6. In NYC you can get in trouble only by looking to a woman and it would be defined as harassment, let alone in-advertedly touching her hand or shoulder etc.

7. Unfortunate in NYC, if a man is sexually harassed no one gives a dam. I personally lost the chance to get hired by one of the more prominent NY employers for not responding to clear advances for sexual encounter by a woman in a senior position. (Which included “review” of my previous work at her flat on East End Ave. near "Gracie Mansion" after the end of her busy “working day” at 9 PM in the evening)

8. I know of more than few past “wild” parties within the Tri State NY area where the waitresses were submitted to sexual remarks, harassment (including "touching" and brest "grabbing") and much more etc. and the accusation against DSK pale to what is going one there. Many times I was wondering if those women where professional whores or just waitresses having a “good time” as no one complained or the local police was indifferent.(I was told that I was naive and the women tried to "get ahead" in life)

9. How will you respond if a woman you know from your work, ask you for a favor to take a respite from the scorching heat outside in your flat, you offer her cold drinks and she emerges form the other room naked as it is "soo hot" -this happen to me too.

Those are the reasons from my personal experience which leeds me to believe that DSK accusation are bogus, DNA test bogus and false and he was "framed".

IMHO the person that should be put on trial is the maid and her handlers including the persecutors and their team.
