AAM accountants and prospective buyers of the company had them clean up the balance sheet last quarter. They are impacted by Greentree on a sympathy basis. You won't see the same kind of hit.

AAM is cheap, but could go lower to about 11 forming a triple bottom and then clear sailing upside as the company's growth yields earnings and prsopects for takeover improve.
