Wherever they realize the income. Could be in all sorts of different places, but to the extent possible they probably try to avoid places like the US and Japan, because of our high corporate tax rates. Some of the profit will probably be accounted for as being realized in the specific tax haven your complaining about, but also in low tax places where they have a larger presence. Perhaps Ireland, to name just once place that attracted business with low tax rates.

I don't have a problem with tax competition. Like other competition it helps keep prices low. In many ways governments are monopolies, but when they can be subject to competition its a good thing.
