It is the Ecuador Syndrome. I think so anyway. We'll have to see what happens when the mining contracts get announced. I am still operating on the assumption that they will get done...eventually.

edit - we have a series of higher lows since March. It is not making a very compelling case yet, but we will see how it develops. Potential inverse H&S on the daily chart, timing of mining contract getting announced could coincide with the completion of the pattern which would be good but remains to be seen.
