Suzy Suckfinger: "But Mr. Bernanke, sir, I've already given 10 percent of my income to Pastor Smith and 70 percent of my income to Uncle Sam. I only have 20 percent of my income left to play the stock market. How much does it cost to play?"

Ben Bernanke: "You have 20 percent left, you say? Well, this is your lucky day, Suzy! It just so happens that it only costs 20 percent of your income to play the stock market!"

Billy Blowhard: "Can I play too, sir?"

Ben Bernanke: "Of course you can, Billy, but you should only play the short side. I'm planning QE3 and QE4 soon, and that would hurt you if you're long."
