My indicators are telling me the Rus 2K topped out. That being said, my read is that the Rus 2K will make another stab at her recent highs but will fall short which will signal the end for her.
The Dow and the S&P will make a run for the 2008 top where both Indexes will make new historic 2011 highs, (although barely), which should signal the end of this Bull cycle.

Wishful thinking? Maybe...
Time will tell.
