john, no matter how fast the cpu is if your interface to memory is
on a narrow bus, you just won't see much improvemnet worth the $$$.

this what i belive rambus is providing and i think intel will use it
for merced but what i want to know is if this fast access to mem
will be implemented any faster.

i.e. if u have a supper fast car but if the road only allows
u two go 30mph then a extra money for faster car does u no good.
