"The waivers for SF businesses happened:"

Unlike you, I acknowledge reality.

While that might mean something, without knowing if waivers for other cities were declined while the SF sailed through, it doesn't prove anything.

You do know what proof is, don't you Tenchu?

"It's reasonable to assume that businesses all over America, including those in Houston and Dallas, are also applying for waivers."

It is? Why? From what I know about the waivers, they don't even apply to many businesses in Houston and Dallas. Of the ones that I know of, and I know about businesses in both cities, those that offer benefits offer benefits that exceed the standard. There just aren't a lot of businesses that offer healthcare benefits that can't afford to offer decent ones. Those that can't, don't offer any healthcare benefits at all.

So they don't qualify for the waivers because they don't offer healthcare benefits.

Like your example of Hitler being elected, you just don't have the facts.

But, don't let that stop you. Your buddies don't.
