You mean lying about his sex life.... I don't think it was that, it was more like lying about exposing himself. That is hardly a sex life. But in a court of law it doesn't matter what you lie about, it is still perjury. If we were to dismiss all cases about someone's sex life, then we could not convict pediphiles (SP?).
