After assessment is complete, now comes the proposal on integrating the system (core business) and/or fixing Y2K. When the proposal is accepted, this is where the contract announcement would come in. However, TPRO can't just issue a PR release every time they get a contract. *Both parties must agree to issuing a PR release.* TPRO needs prior approval from the customer who awarded them the contract. Some companies choose NOT to have an announcement made ... for whatever reason ... and TRPO's hands are tied. Obviously this occurs.
