John: My E.P.S. estimates for BIOX are: 1997 - $1.36 1998 - $2.28 Now I like this comparison much better!!! >60% yr over yr growth. And yes you restated my thoughts very well. A few patients are probably so afftected by OA that only surgery will give them relief. I think that the great majority should find twice a yr series of SYNVISC injections a great alternative to daily doses of NSAIDS with their cost and potential side effects. Primary care docs "need" more services that they can in good faith offer to their patients. I see SYNVISC as a great treatment for patients and another source of revenue to primary care. A true win-win situation. Jim
