S.K. I totally agree with you on their lack of marketing direction, but I think you missed the mark a little on the biting dust issue. They just came off a $2.5 million (us) private placement. I find it hard to believe they're on the verge of collapse.

Anyway, in my humble and biased opinion, I think you're looking at a company that probably shouldn't have gone public when it did. It's at stage in life where most companies are dealing with venture capital funds rather than stock exchange monies. They appear to be going through the trials and tribulations of a small entrepreneurial company moving into a big league game. You either believe they have the product and management that can keep them in the game, or you believe they're biting the dust. I still believe, as foolish as it may seem, that this company has what it takes to be successful, and with that it mind, is likely a good target for a takeover.

I guess i also believe that Stevens knew what they were doing when they threw 2.5 million st these guys.
