David: I would say your right with the Kosteck research on going to $1.25 and

it would be a very nice gain for me also over the next one or two years. The
Contract Employee is crucial in all business today as I see many firms and
the Government using staffing for many more projects as they are started.
From a business stand point this would be very less expensive when working
on one large project. It also never gets into the news that ABC. Company
just layed off 300 people as temps come and go and are not on record of
the company's cost of doing business with say 800 on staff. Heck the company
could have 1200 on staff yet not full time employees as they are temps.
IYO is that the way this could work? I'm a little lost on that issue.
