Tenchu, you need to stop just looking for gotchas and try actually reading posts.

I posted no such thing. You are making that part up.

Businesses that exceed the standard aren't eligible for waivers because they aren't affected by the AHA.

GIGO. Your premises are flawed, so your conclusions cannot be evaluated. They may be true, even a blind pig can find an acorn every once in a while.

Try correcting them and try again. It will not be graded on a curve.
