"why is it bogus ?" Well, it is only anecdotal. But I have never rotated a radial tire and I have never gotten so few miles. Nor have the other people that I know who don't rotate their tires. Not a slam dunk by any means, but given that he is just making a guess, not based on any facts at all, it sure gives an indication.
