Guess we lost that argument. Why do you think we lost that argument? It looks like the malaise set in with Reagan. We have had a entire new generation of Republicans who care two hoots about anybody. Americ'a wealth is on the way down and I hope that after they realize this they get jolted out of their illusion. This nation's politics is not only becoming stupid (OK,, silly as Obama would say), but it is also becoming one that is being ridiculed by the world. Cultures rise and fall. Greek, Roman all did. Now it is America's turn to fall I suppose. Look at this Sarah Palin dance. She is the one who abdicated her duties in Alaska. But her folks don't care about that. They now want her to run for President by ignoring the fact that she ran away from her reponsibilities she swore herself to.
