Don, <The new plant is expected to approved by the FDA during the first quarter of 97> <If this is true then plant opening has slipped a quarter> This is not true. Vivus said they would invite the FDA and the MCA (Medicine Control Agency) to inspect their plant in Nov. They said the MCA approval would take place in approx. 30 days while the FDA approval would probably take place in Feb. 97. With the MCA approval they could ship products to other countries if their product had been approved in that country. If I am mistaken I'm sure I'll be corrected by one of my comrades.. RT
