>>Zacks , posing the question has AAPL lost momentum ?<<

I think that's rather poor analysis.

For example:

"After launching a series of innovative products (iPod, iPhone and iPad) successfully, Apple has failed to unveil any new innovative products in recent times."

The iPad was introduced a little over a year ago. That isn't "recent times?"

And of course, after saying that, they mention the new cloud services that Apple will surely introduce soon.

Then there's this:

"We also believe that data center expansion will allow Apple to add more value-added features to the iPhone, while assigning the task of storing and processing applications to the cloud. Transfer of the storage function to the cloud would also be beneficial for Apple, since this could lower hardware costs. Device speed would also increase."

How does device speed increase when you move storage into the cloud? Right now, I can play an movie on an iPhone or iPad without waiting even one instant for it to start streaming. Applications also load instantly, and one thing every reviewer of the iPhone and iPad says is that they're very fast and responsive. I don't see how adding network latency is going to improve the situation.

Just my two cents.
