Iqbal and NK--with regard to the $115K offer to prove my trade

I would like to pursue it but I will confirm this by tomorrow, before the close of trading after I verify the legality of such a transaction, ie are we wagering--which is after all, illegal.

But I shall do so only on the following conditions:

You spell out before tomorrow, EXACTLY what it is that I have to prove--ie the items which have to be satisfied for the funds to be released to me.

My understanding is that I am required to prove to you as part of this verification, with written confirmation from my broker that I was short the S&P 500 futures AS OF November 12.

An escrow agreement is drawn up my attorney embodying the conditions to be satisfied.

The funds are held my attorney in escrow, to be distributed after I satisfy the conditions of the escrow

If it is necessary, and if you are married, your spouse signs the escrow agreement as well--this is to minimize the likelihood of subsequent litigation.

You deposit the costs of drawing up the agreement, with my attorney prior to him starting work on the agreement--with the understanding that if you back out at any time prior to the $115K being deposited you will be responsible for his fees. Similarly, if I back out, I shall be responsible for the fees.
