Legally speaking a future contract of S&P 500 $ each point did not exist at the time you posted-It ceased to exist on 2nd Nov 1997. You were writng about some thing which did not exist and that I am trying to make you understand. Do you get it TT the contract that existed was 250$ per point per contract so that goes that youcould not be short of a contract 500$ per point per contract that ceased to exist. You were well outside your jurisdiction and domain and transcending to exaggeration to trade an instrument which had ceased to exist. When you came up with bravado $ 500 S&P contract does not exist so you cannot be short. This is my point take it to any law firm. You are flimsly engaged about legitimacy of something which you have confirmed you were wrong about and had ceased to exist. What others trdes you had is not my problem I know one thing 500$/point /contract was simply not there.
