Marcos, I like a man who can see the future so clearly!!

I am afraid my french is so rudimentary I cannot get much of what Andre is saying. However I can't see shipping via the river as any serious impediment, including ice. EG here in N.S. we have gypsum mines and rock quarries that ship direct to ocean from their own specialized stand alone piers. Other than draft depth loading and unloading facilities I cannot see as a barrier.

Hope that is not too far off.
